Self Love Day 2018
Su and Kali would like to invite you to a day of Self Love! We will be doing yoga, art (not the scary perfect kind of art) and learning how to look after ourselves for 2018 with some simple yet powerful commitments to ourselves.
When women come together with the intention of resting and replenishing, we gain the ‘super power’ to tap into stronger levels of clarity and deeper levels of courage…so that we can move forward in 2018 feeling empowered and ready to take care of what we love, including ourselves.
Join us in an intimate circle of women daring to give themselves the gift to just ‘be’ without the demands of others.
You will receive:
• Sister connections with other beautiful women
• A refreshed and nourished body, heart and mind (2 yoga sessions)
• Clarity on what matters to you in 2018
• ‘Heart Art’ to take with you and remind you daily of the commitment that you choose to make to you
• Some simple yet powerful tools to take away
There will be a range of herbal teas, honey, chocolate and some light nibbles, so please bring your own lunch otherwise there is Little Kitchen just down the road 😊
BYO yoga mats and journals (we have a couple extra mats)

Venue: Mangonui Cruising Club, standing over the peaceful waters of Mill Bay with deliciously refreshing salt sea air.
